Mr. Isaias Martinez reached out to me and really made me feel my concerns and problems mattered!!! He was attentive, he listened with closed mouth and open ears, he even asked made sure he followed up with me regarding my problems and took it upon himself to reach out to the proper service centers to get one of my issues addressed immediately. I must say if there is a way to have who ever is training the customer service reps that are first point of contact for customers removed and have Mr. Martinez train the reps on how to handle customers this would be a great turnaround for this company! I am shocked that there was even such a person who worked there who actually was not nasty or rushing you off the phone. I really am glad I waws able to interact with a person who actually knows how to handle business and knows how to be socially and self aware of situations! I appreciate you and the time you spent making someone else screw up right for the customer. Having to clean up someone else mess should not be a task that is often but you really did your Mr. Clean on this one! Just don't leave the company if there aren't more people like you if so they are doomed! Thanks again, : ) Original Review: This company is a total rip off, the will charge you for things out of your control. Their devices are old and defective, and it is on you for charges that should be their problem. LOVE HOW THEY THROW OFF CHARGES THEY OUT ON YOU OFF ON THE STATE BUT DOES NOT MENTION THIS AT ALL!! Oh not to mention there is never a supervisor available like where does that even happen???

She is friendly, understanding, and so easy to talk to. She didn't make me feel embarrassed about this difficult situation. She is a great asset to your company! Also the installation was easy.
