    Sales and financing is shady, but the service shop changes my oil and they are fantastic. They do a video to show you what they are looking at when they inspect your car and suggest services. My salesman and financing guy added tire and paint protection plans to my total invoice without discussing with me. It was over $2k of extra charges they snuck in there. Good thing I reviewed my paperwork a few days later and caught it. This is why I now get free oil changes and service. 😃

    Well for one thing my air pressure light is still on and it's been on every since I had my oil change which was Wednesday and before I left I asked him why the light was still on and he said that I need to drive it for awhile, okay it's been on for three days, not to mention I had a tire rotation I'm guessing that's what I paid for.

    worst customer support ever i would have given -ve stars if i had chance . they added all the prepaid maintenance plans , gap , all every other things when i bought car with them. i requested for cancellation within 30 days period but I guess they never processed it . upon multiple followups finally after 3 months they said all my plans were cancelled but i never got full refund for those corresponding coverages. when we went to ask about it they were very rude. I love driving mazda’s and own 2 mazda’s now but I would never buy one from green mazda ever again

    Found a 2025 Hyundai Elantra priced at $18,870 that was marked down from $24,050. The vehicle had about 7,000 miles. Got to the dealership, test drove the vehicle and told salesman will take it for the listed price. He immediately respond with do you have a trade in because that price is for a trade in only otherwise it's $24,050. I said I'll give you the listed price and that's it. He then said their managers want to meet all the clients so I went in for a minute while he went to the back. He came back and said the manager said he'd sell the car. Then he started talking about financing and I told him I already have financing through a bank and I'll ETF the money or certified check. He then talked to his manager and came back and said they can't do that but they could sell the car for around $21,000. I told him I'll pay the listed price and that's it. I asked him to talk with the manager and tell him that. He said no that he already did. I left and the manager never spoke to me. I saw your response Mazda and your salesman Mo said your dealership doesn’t play games with the prices and then he changed the price twice. You clearly false advertise and I feel bad for anyone from out of town that comes to see you. That's funny you mention using capitol letters. We know dealerships like yours only uses small print so you can hide your tactics. You also posted the same car on Facebook Marketplace for $18,870 (12/24/2025) without mentioning anything about having to obtain financing through your dealership nor trading a vehicle. Very manipulative. The same car is priced at $18,800 today (1/2/2026) on Facebook Marketplace (posted by another salesman) with no disclaimer that the price will change once you get in the store and you don't have a trade or finance through them.
