Got me into my reserved vehicle quickly, explained everything well and when I returned the car, Eddie made sure I was in and out, and had one of the staff drop me off at the nearby Amtrak station. Would recommend if you’re coming into town traveling. FULL DISCLAIMER: Be prepared to wait if you ordered a SUV, with all the recent Shutdown craziness and corporate reclaiming them to other cities for more prolonged use. Should subside after the 2025 Holiday season.

Nearly every other rental came with an issue. One of the worst experiences was on January 1st, when a vehicle overheated while I was driving down the interstate with my kids—in 12-degree weather. I couldn’t reach anyone for help, so I had to drive it back myself, park it, and wait 4.5 hours for a tow. Another time, I rented a car to take my kids 3.5 hours away to an amusement park. On the way home, the dashboard kept lighting up and flashing random warnings. Again, I reached out. Each time I called, I was told by a manager or GM that I’d be "taken care of." But nothing was ever resolved—because by the time I followed up, that person was no longer in the same role or location. After two years, I recently tried again—hoping for better. I needed to rent a vehicle and reached out. This time, I got no response at all. Just silence. It’s incredibly disappointing that a company I used to trust has become so unreliable and unresponsive. I really hoped for better, but unfortunately, I can’t recommend Enterprise anymore.
