  I prefer the Stanford location over any other! Also Steven at this location was really really helpful in my last rental, making sure I had the car I reserved on the date/time I needed it, even with a shortage on cars. He was great to work with!! There is a noticeable different in customer service at this location over any other (and especially over their competitors over on 6th Street!). ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  Between the incompetency of the call center staff giving miss information on what's needed to rent from where and why, to the unbelievably rude point of contact person at the local branch on Stanford, this rental agency is a complete joke. Do yourself a favor and save yourself a migraine a.nd just go to Hertz.

  I rented a car on line for a Friday morning pickup at 8:00am. The process went fine to this point and I made plans to be dropped off at the store to pick up the car. As I was planning to leave the following morning, I received a call from Josh at Enterprise and was informed they would have to push my rental back. Ok, I said, until when? a couple hours? His response was no sir, more like 4:00pm. This was unacceptable. This was the entire day. They took the reservation and then didn't honor it, and made no offer to make up for their mistake. I had to then quickly make other plans for my trip. I have used Enterprise many times in the past. But, I will not be using them anymore. You can't take the reservation and then blackout at the last minute. Bad business!! Richard Drew

  EJ and Ethan were amazing to work with for this long distance family trip. They were absolutely inundated the evening we arrived to pick up our vehicle but they were hustling to accommodate and meet everyone's expectations. Between washing vehicles and checking in customers, EJ rolled out office chairs to make those waiting as comfortable as possible. Both of these men stayed well past closing to make sure each customer was helped. How they ever managed to juggle all the unexpected wrenches that were thrown at them is beyond me, but they remained pleasant and patient with each customer we saw them interact with that night. They stayed composed and professional in the midst of a high stress situation which is very rare with most customer service occupations anymore. And although we had to come back the next morning to pick up a vehicle that would fit our entire family and luggage, Ethan, arrived early to ensure the vehicle that was dropped off overnight was clean and ready to go. We were even told we could come in early - before the office opened - so we could get on the road by the time needed. And Ethan kept his promise which meant he went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied before and after our trip. Keep up the awesome work, EJ and Ethan (Springfield Stanford location). You guys definitely deserve a raise! 👏 We will definitely choose to use this location for future rental needs and recommend you to others as well. Thanks for a great experience!

  The staff Alecia gave me very good service this morning because my car had a problem and I went to this location to change cars. Her service attitude made me feel like a valued customer. She did an amazing job and took great care of me and all of my needs. She did all of the leg work, and in the end, gave me the best possible rental rate. She truly cared about me as a customer. Alecia has a very loyal customer now. I hope the company has more great employees like her so that guests her dedication to her customers and her job.👍👍👍
