  The car had battery issues. We were lucky to have a portable battery charger with us. We used the battery charger every time we started the car. We even had to use it when we were at some stop lights while the car was running. The man that checked us in and out was fantastic though. He was very friendly and personable. He understood our situation. I appreciate his calmness and understanding. Because of him, I would be willing to rent another car with Enterprise at this location.

  I had rented a car with Enterprise in Stanford, and this is not my first time renting with them. Most of the time, I dealt with Steven. When my car was due to be returned, Steven called me. I was in the process of extending the rental online because I usually find that easier and prefer not to talk to anyone. When he asked about my plans, I told him I was going to extend it myself, but he offered to help me over the phone. At first, I was a little reluctant, but he was extremely patient, humble, and calm, so I decided to go with his help. Steven even adjusted my account to switch from a daily rate to a weekly rate, which worked out much better for me. After that, I kept calling him every few days to extend the rental, and every interaction was just as wonderful. Even when I returned the vehicle, he was friendly, humble, and laid-back. This is exactly the kind of person we need in customer care because experiences like this are rare. Steven is doing an excellent job for Enterprise and deserves recognition. He truly makes Enterprise look good. Thank you for your help, Steven Towns, Jr , you made my journey easy .

  I prefer the Stanford location over any other! Also Steven at this location was really really helpful in my last rental, making sure I had the car I reserved on the date/time I needed it, even with a shortage on cars. He was great to work with!! There is a noticeable different in customer service at this location over any other (and especially over their competitors over on 6th Street!). ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  Between the incompetency of the call center staff giving miss information on what's needed to rent from where and why, to the unbelievably rude point of contact person at the local branch on Stanford, this rental agency is a complete joke. Do yourself a favor and save yourself a migraine a.nd just go to Hertz.
