I made an appt through text and they were ready for me when I got there. My car was taken straight in. I had brought lunch with me and I ate while they did the work. I had just finished my meal and just about 10mins at most later, my car was ready!! The mechanic was very kind and nice. He did not make me feel bad I was so overdue but also made sure I understood the risks of not staying on top of it. Also pointed out my tires were bad. I appreciated he didn't hold back but also he did it in a kind non-judgmental way.
