- JJJustin JohnsonJan 28, 20261.0THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. went in for a alignment, just needing the toe set, after waiting an hour, I asked for a print out of the alignment work, Evan told me they don’t have it, but will show me the computer. Took me back, then got mad and irate because I asked for it to be printed. He then got in my face, told me to get out of his store, said this is the second time I caused them problems! And that I gave them a bad review. This was my first time there. He told me they don’t have to give me anything, to pay and leave! Evan treated me wrong because he thought I was another person. I started filming once he was acting out of control. I paid $129 so I can leave, my steering wheel is crooked. I am currently getting ahold of their corporate office to file a complaint. If he thought I was someone else , he should have refused service. But instead tried to intimidate me and act like he wanted to fight me.
