- EAErick AragonAug 27, 20255.0I give this dealership 5 stars overall because of Blake, who truly made the purchase process hassle-free and stood by his word. I bought my car sight unseen and flew in from Texas. He received me at car show being held at the airport where the car was displayed. We took it for a short test drive around town (I regret not doing a longer highway drive,but that’s on me.) As I was about to drive off, I noticed an issue with the AC blender door. Blake immediately took responsibility, and even found a local shop near me to repair it, and covered the cost. There were also some accounting issues that delayed the title and caused a small penalty upon registration. Again, Blake owned the mistake. Over the following days, I noticed a few flaws with the car: blown shocks, small misfires, bad alignment… I guess things you’d expect for a 10-year-old car with 40k miles, so I didn’t want to push for more from the seller. I believe the price was reasonable for the car’s condition, and Blake was attentive, responsive, and accountable throughout. Despite the minor issues, I give 5 stars because Blake is a stand-up guy who made the purchase smooth and honored his commitments.
