  I rented at the Springfield Illinois location, at the airport. The counter person was SPECTACULAR and went ABOVE AND BEYOND. This guy needs a raise and put in charge of your training! Got me on the road and when I returned the car in Salt Lake City...the lot attendants were very fast and friendly. I am immediately switching my personal and business accounts to Alamo from Enterprise (they have hit bottom). Definitely enjoyed my Alamo experience!

  Enjoyed the service received from the desk counter at Lincoln Capitol Airport in Springfield, Illinois. The lady working the check in and check out was the same person. I dealt with her when picking up and when dropping off. She was very professional and of great help.

  No one was there for us to pick up the car. Terrible customer service when we tried to call. Employees just left early for the night.

  No lines to pick up keys, no lines to return keys. Car was parked right out front so they knew my reservation time and must have planned ahead. When I was picking up keys a couple of people dropped off their keys and Ms Mays (I think?) was very efficient and got their keys while working on. my paperwork. Overall very fast and efficient service. No complaints really, would recommend.

  Picking up the car was a breeze. Returning the car was a cluster. No one in lot to return the car to. No one at the desk inside at 9:00 am. Waited for @ 10 minutes when a gentleman showed up at the inside desk. When I approached, he told me they did not open till 10. I told him I was returning a car and no one was outside at the car return area. I handed him my keys and he said “ Is that all?” I said yes and continued my walk through the terminal.
