- RRRickJul 30, 20255.0I rented at the Springfield Illinois location, at the airport. The counter person was SPECTACULAR and went ABOVE AND BEYOND. This guy needs a raise and put in charge of your training! Got me on the road and when I returned the car in Salt Lake City...the lot attendants were very fast and friendly. I am immediately switching my personal and business accounts to Alamo from Enterprise (they have hit bottom). Definitely enjoyed my Alamo experience!

When I was picking up keys a couple of people dropped off their keys and Ms Mays (I think?) was very efficient and got their keys while working on. my paperwork. Overall very fast and efficient service. No complaints really, would recommend.

Waited for @ 10 minutes when a gentleman showed up at the inside desk. When I approached, he told me they did not open till 10. I told him I was returning a car and no one was outside at the car return area. I handed him my keys and he said “ Is that all?” I said yes and continued my walk through the terminal.
