- RRRickJul 30, 20255.0I rented at the Springfield Illinois location, at the airport. The counter person was SPECTACULAR and went ABOVE AND BEYOND. This guy needs a raise and put in charge of your training! Got me on the road and when I returned the car in Salt Lake City...the lot attendants were very fast and friendly. I am immediately switching my personal and business accounts to Alamo from Enterprise (they have hit bottom). Definitely enjoyed my Alamo experience!

- RZRay ZimmermanApr 19, 20213.0Picking up the car was a breeze. Returning the car was a cluster. No one in lot to return the car to. No one at the desk inside at 9:00 am. Waited for @ 10 minutes when a gentleman showed up at the inside desk. When I approached, he told me they did not open till 10. I told him I was returning a car and no one was outside at the car return area. I handed him my keys and he said “ Is that all?” I said yes and continued my walk through the terminal.
