- NANan AllersApr 15, 20265.0In October 2025, we bought a used 5th wheel toy hauler. We spent 3 hours inspecting this unit and came up with a fairly large list of things we would have liked to have been fixed. After some negotiation they agreed to address most of our concerns. They were able to fix all but 2 items before we picked it up. A couple days after getting it home the lights under the awnings fell partly off. When the parts came in that had to be ordered, we took it in for these repairs. We asked if they could fix them even if we had to pay to have it done. They couldn’t find a suitable solution to repair them and eventually decided to replace them at no cost to us. This is only the second time in 50 years of dealing with service departments that my expectations not only met, but surpassed. A huge shoutout to Aaron Moffat, service advisor and Jason Lowe, service manager. My wife and I whole heartedly recommend Camping World in Springfield, Il James Allers
