The sensor was showing the two back ones were still a little low. Check it with a gauge when I got home. They never put air in the tires. The air in tires simple task. I dont like being lied too. I wonder what else was not done.

I asked for the mid grade oil change, they charged me for the highest one. I was told there were 2 price points for their wiper specials on the phone the day before going. Shocker, the day I went in they did not ask which ones I wanted. They brought 2 filters to try and change. They were still white and barely dusty. & I was told my a previous customer they will try and sell you on an oil flush, guess what, they did. 😅 It was convenient. They were quick. But at $180 I won't be returning.
- LKLarry KaneAug 28, 20251.0One of the employees just opened my car door and proceeded to try to open my glove box to check the cabin filter,I told him no it wasn't necessary, I had just changed it asked again to check it,I told him no,I also had told him when I first got there I I want is a oil change kept asking me about this do you need this I don't want anything else done, this crap of using impact tools on everything,I told them not to use them is bullshit they just plainly ignore me and did what they please,I very disappointed in the service I got, I've been coming to get my car serviced there for years, I'm not going to be coming back your people are are obnoxious and don't listen to what the customer is talking about or listening to them I will not be going to your place of business anymore
