Called me to e morning of appointment to let me know what he had on schedule and gave me more information on time of arrival then the 4 hour window and was there when he said he would be and kept me informed on what he was doing and how long it would take and when he was leaving to drive car for recalibration. Professional and courteous.

Didn't bring the replacement glass round 1, said that the moldings were too hard to get off and canceled, 3rd time they just didn't show up with no call or anything and we sat there for 3 hours! Customer service was USELESS. And now I can't even set up a new appointment! Complete garbage! Suggest using a good mom and pop set up.

My installer, (Don) was very professional and explained the entire process to me. If you decided to use safelite, I would recommend you request Don for the installation.
