I came back at 2pm and my car wasn't touched. They close at 4pm and there was no phone call to tell me they were running behind. When I first got there they were accepting customers without an appointment and they got service before me. When I talked to the manager he didn't offer me any kind accommodations. He only said he was sorry but they were running behind. By 3 hours! If that was true why didnt you tell me this when I first got there. Sorry to be long winded but Ive been to lots of auto services throughout my life and I've never experienced anything as egregious as this! If I could give them zero stars I would.

I stood by him watching as I was fascinated at the process and he explained what he was doing as we went along never missing a beat. - ESEvelyn SmithOct 29, 20255.0My windshield replacement was at the South Holland location; the gentleman at the counter when I arrived was very courteous, informative, and professional and assisted me with questions I asked; the minimum wait time was 2 hours but unexpectedly my car was ready in 1 hour; I was very impressed and the technician who approached me with final information about what not to do after the repair was just as courteous and professional; I apologize for not knowing the two gentleman 's name but you know who you are😊. ...I would highly recommend this establishment and also there are coupon discounts available; I was able to use one for my repair! Also if you are unable to pay the full amount they have a payment plan of 4 installments( which does not affect your credit) but you have to go on line for your payment options because they do not do this in the store!
