Safelite brought out a cheaper windshield, my guess to save money in house and increase their ROI for the company at customers expense. I had no choice my windshield was cracked and it couldn’t wait. I was told however normally it k my matters on higher end cars end cars like Mercedes, bmws, or Lexus. It’s an older car so I guess it doesn’t matter?

The professional that came here was kind, without any effort on my end He managed to complete a full windshield replacement within 30 minutes. I didn’t have to take my car to him, I didn’t have to wait no line. This was all done in the convenience of my home. I didn’t even think about how the rearview mirror would come off, So I didn’t remove the charms My Wife had put on there, when he replaced everything he put those items back exactly as they were. Completely unnecessary and unexpected, But that is also why he is getting a raving review! Not to mention, Setting up this appointment involved me talking to no one, All I had to do was put in the name of my vehicle, the Vin of my vehicle and the policy of my insurance and all the work was done for me. Honestly, best repair service I’ve ever had
