After receiving the vehicle, I initially thought it was okay but two major issues were found a couple days after receiving it back. First, my passenger door is hitting the frame when opening it, this is likely due to the collision moving the panel out of place, they would have found this if they just opened the door. Or they ignored it, for some unknown reason. Second, I took my vehicle in for service today and the tech told me they could not get the under shield off of my vehicle because it was too tight, likely from a max setting torque wrench. I don’t know a ton about cars but even I know you have levels for the tightness of bolts on a vehicle. It’s written down in the services manual it’s not hidden, they just chose to ignore it. I’m worried about the quality of the rest of the work they did.
