I was told my car was ready three separate times. The first time, it was so badly misaligned I’m honestly impressed it made it out of the parking lot. The second time… somehow still not fixed. At this point I started to think “test drive” might just mean turning the car on and hoping for the best. By the third attempt (third time arranging rides, by the way), it was finally fixed — shoutout to the employee who actually drove with me and confirmed it this time. The best part? I was asked to leave a great review and say I didn’t have to bring my car back… which would’ve been impressive considering I absolutely did. Twice. Overall: If you enjoy surprise field trips, scheduling transportation for fun, and a little suspense about whether your car is actually repaired, this is the place for you.

The manger specifically was very unprofessional, dismissive, and rude throughout the interaction. What’s even more frustrating is that weeks have passed and I still have not received a quote for the damages to my vehicle. No updates, no follow-up, and no communication. As a paying customer, I expect basic courtesy and timely service. Unfortunately, this shop failed in both areas. I would not return or recommend them.
