  I Replaced the mass air flow sensor in my car and my check engine light would not go out because it hadn't recycled. Went to AutoZone to ask them to clear the code and the young man told me that was not in their company policy. However, when I showed him that on the website that it says that AutoZone will will clear the code. He instantly had an attitude and said that he would check with his manager. After she confirmed that what I said was true. He proceeded to clear the code. I would have preferred him saying that he didn't know and that he would check as opposed to lying and telling me that it was not in their company policy. When clearly on the internet it states that AutoZone will clear the code but it would be best to have the problem resolved first, which is what I actually did before asking them to clear the code.

  Please talk to your employees. I'm a local shop owner and came in to do a commercial return at about 6p about a month ago and the lazy employee that was goofing around in the commercial dept flat out lied and said commercial is closed. I've never had any issues buying or returning anything for years and years at this location until recently. I spoke to the district manager Kelly and she confirmed that commercial is open until the store closes. I never have any issues with your competitor O'Reilly's it's ALWAYS AutoZone that gives my shop constant issues and it's always disrespectful or flat out lazy lying employees

  Wanted to say I got came in a frantic because I got pulled over for my headlight being out I got a warning and came straight there and told them my info asked if we could go out to see if they can put in without me asking which is was lol they took it out and put the new one in I left feeling better knowing I was not going to get pulled over again for that.... loved the service junne

  This place is great and will be back I got the great service from Kiana she offered to come outside and look at my car and asked if I needed the wipes I was coming to getif i needed to be installed and said yes we laughed and went outside I appreciate the soft spoken service I received 5 stars
