- BBB BrazilApr 17, 20265.0I always prefer a larger shower when I travel, but I never feel comfortable asking for special accommodations. The staff member in the shower area was absolutely amazing—he noticed my needs and kindly offered a larger shower room without me even asking. That level of attentiveness and care really stood out. Your consideration and kindness is much appreciated 🫶🏼 please give him a raise 🤌🏼
- OCOleksandr ChubenkoMar 26, 20261.010 minutes after I went into the shower they kicked me out, said they were turning off the hot water... 10 minutes, are you not normal at all? People work from morning till night, fill you with thousands of gallons of fuel, and you treat customers like dogs. Without a doubt, this is the worst Pilot I have ever met... I will probably go to Loves and wash myself properly... it's terrible, I don't recommend stopping here, there is a Pilot dealer there, the service is excellent and they don't kick you out of the showers....
