I stopped here on September 24, 2025, at around 2:35 Amand wanted to check if the showers were available, since the sign said the place was under construction. When I asked the people at the front desk, instead of simply answering my question, both the man and the woman working there started laughing at me. As an Indian customer, I felt this behavior was racially motivated and extremely disrespectful. There was no reason to laugh at a simple question, and it made me feel unwelcome at this location. I hope management takes this matter seriously and ensures all customers are treated with respect and professionalism.
