  I went there for grabbing my car. Dan was very rude to me. The employee like this should not be in customer service side. Don’t ho there guys please. These people are being rude to everyone and not giving the car even what you have booked with them.

  I’ve rented vehicles from here for many years. The staff is nice. Easy pick ups and drop offs. Reasonable rates.

  I am compelled to formally document my dissatisfaction with this car rental location due to significant concerns regarding both their business practices and customer service. Upon returning the vehicle on time and in proper condition, I was subsequently accused of causing damage to the windshield. This allegation is entirely unfounded. I possess clear, time-stamped photographic evidence establishing the condition of the vehicle at the time it was relinquished from my possession, which directly refutes their claim. Attempting to attribute damage after the vehicle was no longer under my control raises serious questions regarding the adequacy of their inspection procedures and overall operational integrity. Despite presenting my concerns, staff responded in a dismissive and unprofessional manner, failing to provide any substantive explanation or resolution. Based on this experience, I have serious reservations about this company’s practices and will not be conducting business with them in the future. I strongly encourage others to exercise caution and maintain thorough documentation when engaging with this location.
