Never done tried twice with that package but said at least they dried car. The latest time did the $30 package and expected them to wipe down I usually tip $5/8 each time. Pulled in and they said they only wipe down for whole package $45. Can go get hand car wash for cheaper. Thanks but no thanks. Not gonna go here anymore. Hopefully they improve its good location.

There are often long lines and they stopped the towel dry which is why I had signed up. There are also issues with the tag reader and the car wash often stops. Staff is not particularly helpful either. My car also hit the car in front once because the car ahead didn't drive out and because staff instructed me to get close. Now it's all automated but people still get too close causing delays.

I waited nearly an hour for a car wash while multiple cars that arrived after me were completed and sent out first, even though they were receiving the same full-service package I pay for. My car just sat there untouched while employees stood around. I finally spoke to the manager, and only after that complaint did they start working on my car. By then, I had already missed an important meeting because of the delay. My time clearly wasn’t valued. This isn’t a one-time issue either. Despite paying for the full service package, many times the mats are still dirty, and the dashboard isn’t properly wiped down. I’ve noticed employees often standing around rather than actively cleaning vehicles. Loyal customers should not be treated this way. If you value your time, consistency, and proper service, I honestly do not recommend this location. Convenience alone isn’t worth repeated frustration.
