They detailed everything with an online portal with notes on all the work and the choice to approve each piece of work. It's been a long time since my last shop experience, but it's nice to see technology integrated. They also took pictures of the progress and communicated really well on the work throughout the project. I'd highly recommend anyone to take their Saab here! Even if it's a distance from you, they are worth it.
