  They were polite and respectful and honest. They inspected my car and just did what needed to be done. They told me that my brakes were ok and that my battery was fine. So I just had an oil change and my rear windshield wiper replaced. Out standing service.

  Fast, clear communication. Called me an hour after I brought the car in, told me exactly what I needed (which was a lot less than the last mechanic I had said we needed; they changed owners and I think were under pressure to bill more) and finished the job by Noon. Delighted I've found a new and apparently very reliable shop for my car.

  I’m extremely disappointed with my experience here. My son’s car broke down and we brought it in for service. We were charged a $130 diagnostic fee and were repeatedly told that the car was perfectly fine and that they could not find any issues. Less than two hours later, the car broke down again — this time in the middle of the road, creating a dangerous situation. When we contacted the shop to explain what happened, instead of taking responsibility or offering help, they were rude and offensive. There was no attempt to resolve the issue or even acknowledge that their diagnosis may have been incorrect. This was a complete waste of time and money, and more importantly, it put my son’s safety at risk. I would not recommend this incapable mechanic.
