From the moment I walked in off the tow truck, she was so endearing asking if I was ok after seeing my destroyed car out on the tow. She handled everything with my insurance and getting my car taken care of and removed. It really took a lot of weight off my shoulders having one less thing to worry about after totaling my car. Amanda is amazing at her job and I'm glad I had the pleasure of working with her :)

She picked up the car and brought it to me two days later so I could take a look. Here’s what I found: 1.Paint color does not match 100% 2.Hood struts are missing — the hood could fly open onto the windshield if not handled carefully 3.Right turn signal is loose, and the bumper is sticking out 4.Hood support rod has detached and was rattling violently while driving I have to ask: who is responsible for final inspections, and how did a vehicle in this condition get approved for release? I’ll be contacting the insurance company to request they withhold payment until all issues are properly resolved.
