  Used enterprise after I got rear ended while my car was getting fixed across the street. It was seamless. Go see Dan the man! I should’ve taken him up on the pickup 😂 dang car seats.

  I’ve been a loyal Enterprise customer for over 15 years, which makes this experience even more disappointing. When I called Enterprise’s own roadside assistance for help, no one informed me that I would be responsible for approximately $1,200 in tow and impound fees. That information was never clearly communicated. After the vehicle was towed, the local store could not even locate the car for several days. I had to follow up just to get basic information. When I escalated the issue, the area manager’s response was simply, “Call me back,” rather than proactively providing the total charges or any clear resolution. At no point did anyone take ownership or provide transparent communication. I trusted Enterprise’s roadside team over arranging a tow through my own USAA coverage — a decision I regret. I expected better coordination, accountability, and leadership from a company I’ve supported for over a decade. Very disappointing experience.

  We've rented from Enterprise on many occasions and have enjoyed great service, particularly from the office at Howard & Kedzie in Chicago. They are out go-to place for car rentals.

  I usually never write reviews, but here are facts . Our reservation number was W6VW9B. Dan was able to find us a car right away, after we visited 4 locations ,and spent 2 days now searching for one . However car is not washed at all ( he apologized -said because its very cold outside that they can't do it ). My complaint is next (and advise to any other car rental "professional ")- do not ask customer what happened ,and than make a comment "its a car -we can not make it out of air" , or comment " we're you been aggravated with other rental places ? ". Of course I was -we need a car to continue our life,we dont want to be sent from one enterprise location to another for days. Very unprofessional. When customer is agitated you find a solution for him , don't make dumb comments . If I wasn't pushy-we wouldn't have a car even now . Stay away from Enterprises. They are not trained well
