She is a senior and needed a vehicle that she could get in and out of easily. He was patient, polite and very friendly. We were in and out of there within 30 minutes. He also helped us take care of an insurance issue that came up the day we returned our vehicle. He is a true asset to Enterprise. Shayle Arenson also helped to make the returning experience a breeze. Very friendly and polite as well. I should also mention that the vehicle was clean and gave my mom no issues while driving. My mom and I personally have used this particular location in the past a few times and it was ok, but this was definitely the best service thus far. We both will be back. Thank you for all your help!

- NMNoemi MedinaOct 30, 20251.0ATTENTION BEFORE YOU PICK THIS RENTAL LOCATION: I do not recommend this rental location. My insurance chose them while my vehicle was in the shop. From day one, the rental vehicle had issues with CarPlay and tire pressure. On day two, a key error message appeared, escalating to a constant beep by day three. The location couldn't provide a replacement, I had to improvise and use a family vehicle instead. Now, they're blaming me for pre-existing mechanical issues. Renters beware: you might end up on enterprise 'do not rent' list due to their vehicle problems. It’s unfortunate because I actually book a lot with enterprise, give that I am a traveler. But I refuse to be claimed for something that was already there. It was nice being a enterprise customer, but not after this rental experience. I will also bring this to the attention to my insurance, to avoid customers picking this location while their vehicle is being repaired.
