    ​My experience with this rental company was extremely disappointing. I rented a vehicle while my personal car was in the body shop. The first car provided had a severe, unsafe vibration at highway speeds. ​When I called to report the safety issue, I was promised a replacement vehicle the following day. That replacement did not arrive for three full days, forcing me to waste most of my Saturday morning waiting—the day before a planned road trip. ​The replacement process involved an unacceptable delay, and when I finally called, it took an hour for the staff to locate a vehicle. The second car, while functional, was poorly maintained and dirty—it had sticky buttons and sand in the back seat. ​Having to wait three days and most of a morning to replace an unmaintained, unsafe vehicle is unacceptable service. I cannot recommend this company.

    It was pretty crowded the day that I picked up the car, although in all fairness it was the morning after Labor Day so it was probably much busier than usual. It was nice to get a ride to the enterprise office from the body shop and again nice that the body shop handled the car rental return.
