  Kyle thank you so much for keeping the word from the answering team. When I scheduled my appt I was told I would receive a $20 credit, but when I got there the rep only put a $4 credit in the system. I gave Kyle the reps name and he explained to me that it wasn't someone at the location but the scheduling team. He honored the credit with a smile!! I'll be back for sure with Customer Service such as yours Kyle and don't want to forget you JJ!!

  The staff member at the front desk was extremely heavily built and appeared completely unmotivated,The point is that the customer service attitude is extremely negative, as if saying one more word would delay him from eating his sandwich.Are you sure they know how to repair the car?Joliet Mavis is the better choice.

  I had a great experience at this tire shop! The staff was super friendly, honest, and helpful from the moment I walked in. They explained everything clearly, gave me a fair price, and got the job done quickly. My car feels great, and I really appreciated how easy and stress-free they made the whole process.   PLEASE beware of this place my son took his car there and was not going to leave a review of his experience but I feel people should know. He went to price new tires for his car (mind you my son went by himself he is young and not fully aware of how things go.)they put his car up in the air and told him all the things they see wrong or needed to be replaced. Of course it would be all the things they advertise or sell. Long story short my son car was working fine before he went in just wanted tires after they gave him a price he felt it was a high he left Now his car wouldn't start needed a jump everyday. We took his car to my uncle that works on cars told him the problem he was having and he noticed they loosen a plug connected to his battery.and something eles forgot the correct terminology. SO IF YOU VISIT HERE BE PREPARED TO HAVE YOUR CAR NOT WORK PROPERLY IF YOU DONT GET IT SERVICE BY THEM.

Kyle and Stan took the time to review everything and ran their own diagnostics as well. It was eye-opening to see how different systems pull different information. They used dye to properly track the leak and explained everything clearly. What initially looked like a radiator issue turned out to be a water pump leak—and the real repair was about $1,100, not thousands. At dealerships, you’re often told an entire system needs to be replaced based on codes alone. What experienced mechanics know is that many times the issue is tied to a specific part or sensor. Kyle and Stan took the time to find the root cause instead of selling unnecessary repairs. They were transparent, patient, and respectful of the fact that I came in informed and prepared. No pressure, no upselling—just honest work and clear communication. If you value integrity, real diagnostics, and mechanics who respect both your intelligence and your money, this is the place to go.
