- DUDaniel UrrutiaMar 16, 20261.0I schedule an appointment a day Ahead of time for a coolant change I get there at 8 AM like I was supposed to the next day just for the manager to tell me that they cannot do it because they don’t have anyone there that is capable of doing it so they sent me all the way to Shorewood after I just drove 25 minutes. I had to drive another 35 minutes after the Manager already confirmed with Shorewood that they can do my coolant change so I arrived there just for them to tell me that they can’t do my coolant change. They just sent me all around the map with fuel prices as high as they are took time away from work and my family to get this done just for them to rudely send me off so whoever the out of shape guy was working at the front desk should be fired. He had zero customer service skills. I will never go here or recommend anyone to go here.

First, I booked my appointment online for 10am. At 8:45amI received a call from Mavis confirming my appointment. At 9:30am I arrived at Mavis. I waited in the lobby for over 10 minutes standing at the counter while the workers all chatted in the repair shop. Then I asked the gentleman if my car would be ready by 2:30, he assured me it would but they did have a few cars leftover from the day before. I told him I had the coupon for $140 off. He gave me s quotes for breaks and pads. I agreed to the price and left. At 1:45 pm I called to check in my car as I needed it back soon. I was told they DIDN’T EVEN START IT YET!!! I was upset to say the least. Then I was hung up on. The manager called me back and apologized. Said they were starting my car right then and it would be ready in under an hour. So 15 minutes past the time I told you I needed it done by. The manager tells me he will add a discount to my bill. I arrived to get my car. The total i was given was More than the original quote. How?!?! It's been a week or two now and my brakes already are grinding and making noise. After looking at the bill the original $140 discount was Never added. I'm beyond frustrated. I'm an incredibly busy mom that doesn't have another day to waste to bring it back to a shady repair shop. So now I drive around in a car that makes a terrible noise daily and it's so embarrassing after spending nearly 1k on repairs. It amazes me they have so many great reviews.
