- JEJames EnglertDec 30, 20251.0They have good prices but made me wait hours because they lost one of my tires, then when they said they found it they f8nished my job without doing my alignment and when I told them that I still wanted them to do the alignment the person I was talking to made it seem like I was bothering him. Then they told me thsy they would call me when my car was completed they never called me. When I finally picked up my car it took them another hour and a half because they lost the keys to my car. I would never return here for anytype of work.

Now on the day of pick they were suppose to take off my summer rims and tires and install the winter rims with winter tires that I have left in the trunk. On the day of pick up which was 20 mins before closing my wife went to go pay and when she got there she had to wait 20 mins in line and got ignored by everyone! She even kept calling me saying thag everyonr was just walking around her and ignoring her till someone finally asked is someone taking care of you and she said no so they told stan to help her out and stan had a reallt horrible additude tolds her and even felt like he didnt even wanna help her , so finally after waiting 20 mins with my kids and being ignored she finally pays and what a surprise everything was wrong!! They left my winter tires in the trunk and just took off my summer tires off my summer wheels and slapped on the winter tires on them and oh yea I bought more tpms sensor for my WINTER TIRES AND RIMS and they took the summer tpms and threw them away and took off my summer tires and kept them and just did everything wrong! On top of that they DAMAGED my summer wheel! I am extremely pissed out of my mind and apart from doing everything wrong stan gives my wife attitude and has her waiting for 20 mins with 4 kids ?! And damages my wheel?! HORRIBLEE! Update : Literally one day is all it took to hear from the manager Kyle and honestly rest assured he was going to take care of this situation himself and even called me on his OFF DAY! Honestly that completely took me by surprise in a good way and even apologized to me and my wife and Literally took his time to hear my complaint and found a way to make me felt heard and important and not just a customer and said he was going to help me out cause I shouldnt have never been treated this way , Literally stan needs to learn from Kyle cause how does Kyle made me feel more welcome in the store then Stan and Kyle wasn't even at the store at the time?! Changed my review cause of Kyle professionalism and will keep updated on the outcome of the situation!

Boom 💥 our tire blew out with 5 children in the car and 1st Night of COLD 🥶 FROST. I was so scared and nervous 😓 I did not know what to do. Although I saw the shop was closed I seen Kyle leaving and asked him to please help us and without a second thought HE DID. Kyle open the Shop back up and had his associates who had CLOCK OUT!! service us. Kyle took us all in from the cold to warm up. We used our MILITARY 🪖 DISCOUNT. We were treated like family and we where out in 30mins or less. HOW AMAZING!! THANK YOU ALL , ASSOCIATE JAYJAY WAS AWESOME IN ASSISTING OUR FAMILY. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION! BUDGET FRIENDLY, GREAT HOSPITALITY AND QUALITY SERVICES. They live up to the title of Servicing the community. Kyle and associates had a big part of getting a family of 7 home 🏡 and safe.
