    I was really impressed with the ease of renting a car, I didn't get the type I originally wanted but that was more my fault since I needed a same day rental. The vehicle I did get was clean and the staff were super nice. Even offered to swap out the vehicle the next day if the one I wanted came in but I just stuck with what I had. I was also happy I was able to return my rental early with no penalties when my car was fixed sooner than anticipated.

    Car was filthy and the the inside windows were so dirty I couldn't see . The body panel on the lower part was loose and about to fall off

    I rented due to an insurance claim, & I worked mostly with Nicholas Phillips. He was great to work with. He was knowledgeable, thorough, helpful, & kind. I did have a couple small hiccups, but Nicholas resolved them. The car was clean also.
