  I called before driving an hour to them and asked if they could get me in for an alignment and they reassured me that they could and that they were open until 5pm. I asked if I needed an appointment and they again reassured me that I did not. When I got there they informed me that they could not get me in for an alignment because the mechanic had left at 4pm. Very disappointing and discouraging.

  Incompetent and unprofessional (my opinion ) is how i would describe this location. Brought my vehicle in to simply change a tire (had an appointment) 2 1/2 hours later the tech was performing something else to my vehicle (they still did not disclose what it was). Finally get my vehicle back and it has a horrendous vibration in the steering when driving now. Took it back and they claimed to had “fixed it” (but they did not). However while performing the fix they managed to break something else (which they would order and call back the next day to let me know when the port was in). No call the next day, or the day after. In fact. i had to call back and all i received was the run around.. I could go on and on about this store. But how hard is it to change a tire. Previously the vehicle to one of your other locations and it took 5 mins (to change a tire and no appointment) . That location managed to not break anything or cause steering issues. Hope this is helpful to someone. Definitely will never use this location ever again.

  I drove into Ofallon through heavy snow. After the roads clears I experienced vibration for a good 120 miles, on new tires. Asked Dobbs to check if anything wrong. They did a full check and charged me nothing! That's the mark if a great business!!

  Edit: They got me in the next morning. The manager took care of me, they got my car in right away. He did offer a free alignment for my troubles the previous day, which was appreciated. I was out in about 1 1/2 hours. Bathroom is atrocious. They couldn't care less if you have an appointment time, they dont honor it. Had an appointment for 10, they told me it would be 2 hours. I told them I would be walking around the plaza and they could call me when it was done. I came back an hour and half later and my car is still in the same spot. I go in to check out what was going on and was told they were behind and that my car would be the next to go in. They said it would still be a couple hours. I told them I needed to be out by 2 to pick up my kids. They let me sit there another hour before coming in and saying they would not be able to get it in that time frame, even though my car was supposed to be next. I was also told they would price match and of course there was no notes about it on appointment. So now, i have to make another appointment to get my tires done. Wasted 3 hours. Where can one get some common sense customer service, not here.
