  I dropped my truck off for an appointment at 8am for a wheel alignment and asked the to grease my ball joints and quote me 2 front tires. I never heard back so I called at 2:30 which resulted in me being sent to voicemail. The next day I called to ask about my Truck and was told it was done the day prior at 2pm. I ask if they quoted my tires in which they did not. I asked if they greased my ball joints and the guy (stuck helping me) did not know but informed me the guy helped me would be another 30 mins.

  Great job !! Had a slow leak on my tire that was installled at Dobbs. They got me in really quickly and took care of the job. No charge. Thank you

  From the initial contact of setting up the appointment to the completion of the service visit, everyone was super friendly and very helpful. I had forgotten to leave the tire lock equipment out for the service. The gentleman that called was very reassuring that, unfortunately, this happens and he could not have been more understanding. Once I provided them with all the materials they needed, the service could not have been more efficient or quick. Price was very reasonable. Service was friendly and professional. EXCELLENT facilities and quite quick for the amount of traffic in and out of the lot. As soon as a vehicle left, another took its place in a quick turn-around atmosphere.

  Asked for Sailun tires for my RV was told Sailun was available so ordered 5. When I arrived at Dobbs I was told the tires were Sansom tires equal to Sailun. Not happy that I wasn’t told about the substitution before I arrived. The manager like a used car salesman kept pushing the Samson tires. Reluctantly I took them and will worry about a blowout on my next trip. Also the technician over torqued the lug nuts at 130 ft-lbs. I re-torqued the lug nuts to the correct 120 ft-lbs. Then found a wheel was damaged. See attached picture. Three of the wheels have new balancing weights. One wheel has the old weights.

  Shady business. I went in SPECIFICALLY for the ABS light being on. Why are you fixing a different part, that probably doesn’t even need to be fixed, if it isn’t going to fix the issue I CAME IN FOR? This is exactly what people are afraid of. Slimy car shops ripping off the average customer because not everyone knows about cars. It’s disgusting and predatory. Also, why are we charging people MULTIPLE times for a diagnostic? I have NEVER heard about separate diagnostic charges. Talk about only wanting to get the most money out of a customer. If I were you, I would NOT do business here. You will leave upset, angry, and with less money than what you came in with. Absolutely pathetic.
