  Chloe, who was working the counter and assisted me with my reservation. She was very polite and professional. I was able to observe her deal with other customers, one who made it challenging, and she rose to the occasion by being calm and professional thereby keeping the customer from escalating his complaint. If you want a positive and professional experience renting a car, rent one from this location.

  The Schiller Park crew were the best. They were both very young, however on top of their game. I was offered a red 2026 Ford Explorer st. I am seriously thinking about making a purchase on one because of Enterprise.

  I had to exchange my vehicle due to the car having mechanical issues and staff was extremely unhelpful with the process and only had 1 car available, which wasn’t in the car class I requested for exchange through Enterprise. The person working at this location didn’t attempt to help me at all and only gave me a card with numbers to various Enterprise locations and told me to call all of them myself.

  Tyler was phenomenal during the vehicle return process. He was professional, courteous, and very helpful, taking the time to make sure everything was handled smoothly and efficiently. His attitude and customer service really stood out and made a difficult day much easier.
