  I rented from the Enterprise location at 4940 N River Rd in Schiller Park in early July 2025, and Josh Hedge (Branch Rental Manager) was outstanding. I booked a specific vehicle knowing availability can change, and Josh handled the situation exactly how great managers do: clearly, fairly, and with the customer’s best interest in mind. He offered an alternative that worked even better for our group and honored the same price as the original reservation — no pressure, no games, just smart, reasonable decision-making. What really stood out was Josh’s approach to customer service. He presents options and upsells professionally, gives you time to think, and never pushes. That level of maturity and confidence builds trust immediately and is rare in rental car operations. After the group trip ended and everyone else departed, I needed to switch into something smaller for the remainder of my stay. Josh again went out of his way to help — working with my schedule, being flexible on timing, and making sure I had a vehicle that actually fit my needs. Two rentals in a row, both handled flawlessly. Enterprise should take note: Josh deserves a promotion. He runs a responsible business, treats customers right, and represents the brand extremely well. This kid is going places. Highly recommend this location — you’re in excellent hands with Josh.

  I recently rented a car from Enterprise, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. The staff was friendly, professional, and genuinely focused on making sure I had everything I needed. The minivan I rented was clean and well-maintained, and the location was convenient as well.” Pick-up and drop-off were both fast and easy, and Del did a great job to ensure the whole process was smooth. I really appreciated the clear communication and the extra time he took to answer my questions. It’s rare to find customer service this consistent and reliable. Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with my rental and will definitely choose Enterprise again for future trips. Highly recommend!
