  I wish I could give more than 5 stars because I had an outstanding experience with the team at Gerber Collision & Glass in Schaumburg. After dealing with a frustrating situation from the Chicago Huron location, where an improper repair from years ago led to issues with my window seals, I wasn’t sure what to expect. The Schaumburg manager truly went above and beyond to help me. Even though the original repair was done 5 years ago, he took the time to understand the situation and worked to get the service covered under warranty. This was something the original location was unwilling to do. That level of accountability and customer care is rare and deeply appreciated. I also want to mention the woman at the front desk who assisted me. She was incredibly kind, welcoming, and informative both on the phone and in person. I’m so sorry I didn’t catch her name, but she made a great first impression and helped make the whole process smooth. Overall, this location completely restored my confidence in the company. DEAR EVERYONE, I highly recommend the Schaumburg team for their professionalism, honesty, and willingness to go the extra mile.

  I recently ordered a part for my vehicle which was the RT lower molding and the representative Lianna ordered the part so fast that I was able to get the part the next business day. Thank you for your fast and efficient service. Definitely recommend Gerber for car maintenance if needed in the future.
