I came in for an oil change, they told me that I needed a new air filter so in the process of changing out my air filter they cracked something so now my air filter isn't sitting properly and my check engine light turned on as I was leaving their property. Took my car into Midas for the check engine light, only for them to call us back immediately and say WHO changed your air filter they broke the entire thing. To top it all off I was a female alone in my car when I came in for this service and one of the workers would not stop talking to me asking me if I've ever been to Italy, because my last name is Italian and then he proceeded to ask for my Instagram?? Extremely unprofessional so not only am I creeped out to be there alone they also broke my car and are now refusing to fix it and sending us in circles to get this fixed! Horrible customer service and they will break your car! Do not go here.

I even showed him the number I called,, it was that store managers #... The Store manager said ..oh, that happens all the time because your car needs a different more expensive oil,.... ...lol !!! He knew because I told him what make and model Car I had, because it was him I spoke to! Theft by Deception..... ..
