You need to know what you are buying, and how operate it. Otherwise you end up using basic functions and nothing more. Egor explained how to set up all the great tech this car has in detail. Now I have more than a new car, I have an experience. That’s exactly what I received here. Attention to detail and taking care of the customer. The Sales Manager greeted me when I returned to pick up my car. Other dealerships could learn a lot from Patrick.

I hadn’t owned a car in 10 years and never a brand new car so the prospect of going through the whole buying process was daunting. However, working with the team at Patrick was and continues to be positive. Egor was immensely helpful and I most definitely would recommend and work with him again. It doesn’t stop there, however. The finance manager (Nick I think?) was equally helpful and informative with my questions. Post the buying process, the service team has been great as well. Peter is always accommodating and willing to answer questions or fit you in if at all possible. The only issues I’ve had were that my key fob needed to be synced right after I purchased, not a big deal. And because I live in the city I get flat tires frequently so I’ve been in a few times to get those replaced. My suggestion is to grab Peter’s card because the main Patrick service number gets routed to their call center and they are not very helpful.
