    It was a 2024 car and I never thought it would have so many failures and it would make me have such a bad family trip I asked for help they didn't do it they didn't solve my problem the car asked for service and maintenance every time I turned it on the sensors didn't work and a tire lost air every day I had an unacceptable experience with enterprise schamburg

    Really disappointing experience. I had a reservation for a specific car, and they called right before pickup to say they didn’t have it. They offered me a van instead at a lower rate, which I took just to make it work. Unfortunately, I needed a larger SUV, so I scrambled last minute to find one from another rental company and returned the van the same day. Despite that, they still charged me for it. Super frustrating and unprofessional — I won’t be renting from this location again.

    Office is modern and clean. The staff was very friendly. Explained everything in great detail. My wife and I would highly recommend this location to people that need to rent a car.

    The staff drove my rental to the body shop where my car was going to be repaired. No ride to the office (on Roselle Road) was needed. The staff there was courteous and friendly. The car provided had Apple play and a sunroof. A stress -free experience from beginning to end. Highly recommend this location!
