The Mechanic had to cut the pipe and use that to mend the hole as I did not need a new muffler and they were very understanding and friendly and most importantly professional

I took it to the dealer who told me there was oil all over the engine and there were no other problems. I wish I would have known that before I spent over $9,400.

Joey swooped in like a customer-service superhero, cape probably tucked under his shirt, and took amazing care of me. He explained everything without making me feel like I failed Auto Maintenance 101. My car left feeling happier than I did and I left pretty happy. If your car is acting up, bring it here. Joey will make sure both you and your engine stop crying.
- ESECS: Executive Career ServicesNov 21, 20251.0Terrible. Mechanic told me I only needed a left front wheel bearing, not the right side. I paid 1500 for that, plus some brake work. So, thought it was the transmission. Went to 3 other places- spent $400 checking the transmission- they said it was ok, and could be the right bearing. Went back to car x. Manager said I should not have listened to the mechanic....but it's HIS MECHANIC! They charged me again, another 500 PLUS SHOP FEES AGAIN to replace the right bearing. I would like at least $200 refund for days of wasted time and effort, but corporate does not answer or respond. Just go somewhere else. REGARDING MANAGER'S RESPONSE TO MY REVIEW: No, the right bearing was bad when I first came in, and your mechanic said it was ok. Proven by the fact that the noise in my car was there before and after you first worked on it. Only after I spent $400 on transmission checks elsewhere, and was told it was the right bearing, did I return to you and you replaced it, did the noise go away. And it was wrong of you to again charge shop fees for this second trip. And was this the right bearing for my car? Why didn't you order the part when I was there...how did you happen to have a part on hand at the time? Still expect a $200 refund from you or your corporate office. Please have them call me. Thank you.
