I needed one more set, and the employees told me they would have it today after their delivery. When I returned, the experience was unacceptable. The employee who helped me tried to sell me cheaper blades instead of checking whether the correct ones had arrived. When I asked him to look in the back, he refused. He and several other employees then started speaking in Spanish and made comments about giving me mismatched wipers because “I wouldn’t know the difference.” Unfortunately for them, I understood exactly what was being said. This was extremely unprofessional, disrespectful, and dishonest. I will not return to this location, and I hope management addresses the behavior of the staff working today.
