Not only did she know the products and where to find everything I was looking for, but she was friendly, willing to chat like a normal person, and when it came time to check out and I needed help installing my new wipers, not only was she totally, absolutely on top of her game, she was FAAAAAAST as lightning about it, and done before I had a chance to blink! If you've got the opportunity to ask for help from her when you go in here, PLEASE DO, because the customer service she provided to me MORE THAN makes up for the higher prices that Auto Zone charges for their products, and I'll 1,000% be back again because of her! This is already the second store I visited today. The first store (O’Reilly) couldn’t do it because there was only one employee available and he could not leave the counter. That was understandable. But here, there were two employees, and they still refused to install the battery, saying it was “too windy outside.” I asked politely before buying the battery, just to make sure they would be able to install it, but they still said no. I understand that the weather can be inconvenient, but this is a service they advertise and customers rely on. It was disappointing to see two employees simply refusing to help. Very frustrating experience.
