- UPUP Patel6 days ago1.0Very Bad, Booked van week ago and they didn’t have it when we came to pick up. They screwed us. Don’t understand what’s point to make reservation.Do not recommend to others.
- MCMary CiffarelliNov 15, 20253.0Enterprise at Willard airport was very helpful when the Enterprise on Prospect cancelled our reservation for not "showing up" within an hour of our "appointment". Yes, it was set for noon, but nobody informed us that it would be cancelled if we didn't show up in an hour. Got there at 1:30 and no car and no help to find one. Went to Willard and got a car and an upgrade and a very pleasant experience. Vacation went off nicely after that.
