  Everything went really well for us. The guys at the office Noah and Kyle went out of their way to help us a lot with the process. We don’t rent cars very often, and this was a weeklong trip that was made a lot easier with the vehicle we rented. Fantastic customer service and a very smooth process start to finish. Would highly recommend this location and employees!! Thank you very much!

  I think they were great at the St Charles IL office. Kyle helped me and picked me up and was great. Everyone was extremely helpful and nice there. Great place. Ive used them 3 times now. Everyone I've talked to was great there. Cars were good. I recommend.

  The truck that I reserved didn’t quite suit my needs. Cole went above and beyond to fit me into another vehicle. No other branch or company has customer service on the level of these guys.

  It was my first time working with Enterprise through insurance. Being in an accident is already stressful, and the added paperwork and details can be tedious and confusing. I'm grateful I had kind and helpful representatives to guide me during this taxing period. Thank you to Noah, Cole, and especially Kyle. Every question and concern I had was answered efficiently. I didn't know what to expect out of a rental car company, but I received transparency, clear communication, and overall support throughout this process. Everyone who answers the phone is knowledgeable, and if they can’t resolve an issue themselves, they make sure to connect you with someone who can. Their customer service is outstanding.
