I swear by this Jiffy Lube for all of my car’s needs. I refuse to go to a dealership if I don’t have to, and they honestly never let me down with solving all of my issues with the best price around. I recently had a bigger job done, and purchase a bunch of gift cards from Costco and the owner himself, Manny Gonzalez, helped me out by ensuring I was totally taken care of. His manager even took a look at some things I thought I was going to have to go to a dealership for, and is able to take care of it as well. When I go for oil changes, I am out (literally) in a jiffy. Thank you for being a car place that people can trust.

I could write a chapter in a book about this place. It's just drama, the guys that work there. That's on top of their sloppy work. Honestly, just go to Midas for an oil change down on Main street in St. Charles and you won't be disappointed. Cheaper prices (they don't need to throw coupons everywhere), way more professional, and they'll give you a full diagnostic review for free on top of the oil change. The only disadvantage of Midas is you've got to make an appointment.

I’m beyond upset and disappointed with this location. I came in for an oil change and tire rotation on 12/12/2025. They informed me they had a note in the system that there was an issue with one of my lug nuts from the previous visit. I was aware of it and I knew it was from a broken post that I had previously had repaired over a year ago. I told them it should be fine and to proceed. I figured if the post broke again that I would be fine paying to have it repaired. The tech later came back and said two posts were broken and all twenty five lug nuts were stripped and needed to be replaced. They blamed it on the previous shop, which they were the last ones to work on the car, and because the lug nuts were rusty. I told them to just repair the posts and asked if the car would be safe to drive. No response. When I was given the car back I was told it wasn’t safe to drive and I shouldn’t drive far. My issue is, if this damage was done by someone else why wouldn’t they stop, document, and then talk to me rather than continue? I’m now without a vehicle and a $2000 repair bill. Trying to support local businesses, and this is what happens.

Frequently Asked Questions About Jiffy Lube

How much does an oil change cost at Jiffy Lube?

You can receive a personalized oil change quote from your local Jiffy Lube service center by visiting MyJiffyLube at https://jiffylube.com/get-an-estimate/get-started. How long does an oil change take at Jiffy Lube?

An oil change at Jiffy Lube could take 15 minutes or less, that's from the time we start your service, and the hood of your vehicle goes up, to when we've completed the service, and the hood goes down! Jiffy Lube pioneered the quick lube industry, and we are geared to handle oil changes for all types of vehicles. We also know that finding the time to get your car serviced is tough, so if you decide to complete a few of your other vehicle needs while visiting us, like a new cabin or engine air filter, tire rotation, or new windshield wipers, this could add additional time to your service. Finally, wait times can vary depending on the time of your visit and location of your service.
