I had drove 30 min away and had issues with an online order and the way I was talked to by a worker there. Instead of leaving a one star review, I decided it was best on calling to bring it to someone's attention and Gabby the parts Manager answered and apologized that I had that experience in their store. To my surprise, after our call ended their general Manager David called me and told me he wanted to make it right, and the customer service I got from both of them after my experience in store really left me speechless. I just want to say thank you very much for making my experience a positive note to end on, and that I felt valued as a customer, since before that I felt discouraged or that I had to go somewhere else for a product. In this day and age it sometimes feels hard to have management in stores like this really be down to earth and real with you. I can assure you I will definitely be back at this location just based off the way you guys were able to make things right and listen to the customer when there's a problem. Thank you again Cheers.

I felt like he had either daughters, nieces or granddaughters (perhaps all) and he really did his best to help not only help me find the right headlight bulbs at a decent price, he also installed them. He truly is a gem, I hope this location realizes the true treasure he is of not only an employee but as a human.
- CCChristina CJan 26, 20265.0What an amazing experience I had here today! I ran out of windshield wiper fluid, had a head light out and broke a windshield wiper in the car wash. As a single mom, all the car things are a tad out of my scope of knowledge. David was so helpful getting me set up with a free account, replacing all of my windshield wipers and even my headlights. I felt so overwhelmed this morning trying to figure all of this out myself and these guys really took care of me. The location is convenient and the installation of everything was free, which was amazing considering I don’t know what I’m doing in that regard, and I saved myself a pretty penny from what I was quoted at the dealership for all of this! I cannot say enough good things about this location and the service I received today. Thank you David and team! You’ve got a lifelong customer now, I feel at ease knowing I can go here for honest, fast and reliable help!
