  Came here because Pep Boys had zero urgency to get me an oil change. They had open bays ready immediately. Shelly was awesome and helped me out. Great spot for service needs!

  I went to go get an oil change and Shelly took care of me and she did a wonderful job very attentive and so friendly would recommend going there again

  Just had an oil change the staff was super helpful! Never had this brand of car so I had a lot of questions about what was needed. I called first and they were helpful over the phone. I went into the shop later that they and they remembered me from the call. Rafa, Adrian, and Jose really took the time to explain everything to me including the pricing. They were able to check and work on my car right away. I was out of there within the hour! Will definitely be using this place in the future.

  Grease Monkey absolutely earned every one of these five stars. Their customer service is on a different level — genuine, patient, and willing to go above and beyond without hesitation. From the moment I pulled in, they treated me with real care, explained everything clearly, and made sure I left confident in the work they did. It’s rare to find a team that takes this much pride in their service, but they do it effortlessly. I’ll definitely be coming back because this kind of dedication is hard to beat.

  Routine oil change at the local Grease Monkey for 2015 Volkswagen GTI. Had full synthetic Valvoline brand and filter change. Friendly, accommodating, and profession service. I only wished that the service representative had told me that they now offered Royal Purple for the same price before I had performed the service.
