  I recently visited Mavis Tire and Service and was thoroughly impressed by their exceptional customer service. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly kind and welcoming, making me feel right at home. Their friendliness truly stood out and made the entire experience enjoyable. The service was not only fast but also efficient, ensuring that I was back on the road in no time. On top of that, I received a very generous discount, which was greatly appreciated.   I want to start off by saying the regional manager made everything right at the end by taking off all of the charges but this is the 3rd issue me and my family have had at this particular location and the staff wasn’t disrespectful or anything but I brought a 2006 Acura Mdx for an oil change and they said it would be ready by closing time on Sunday at 5:00 pm and I said ok and I got to the location at around 4:30 and waited I then received a phone call saying that they tried to put my oil pan bolt on and it was just free spinning I told them it wasn’t like that before I got there or else it would’ve been leaking oil and he took me to the technician the tech explained what happen and said as he was tightening it just stripped the threads and i understand mistakes happen as long as it gets fixed and i didn’t do it so i told them i cannot come out of pocket for that fix and they assured me that i didn’t have to and they were going to cover it. The next day the store manager calls me and tells me the vehicle needs one more day for the gasket to cure after the new oil pan was installed which is a lie because he called me 3 days later on Thursday and told me things changed from the last time we had talked and he said that because it was “Labor Intensive” and they ordered the wrong pan on Monday tried to install it but since it was the wrong pan they couldn’t and on Tuesday they got the right pan and installed it so he told me I would have to pay labor costs which i was immediately un happy with everything because because I was told multiple times everything would be covered besides the oil change which I was fine with but when you try and tell me that because it was labor intensive now it’s not covered your guys do this for a living and you are supposed to know what it takes to install so yes I did leave with a new oil pan free of charge but still doesn’t make it right that they tried to make me pay for something that was their mistake please don’t get taken advantage of here.

  I have had multiple great experiences at Mavis Tire & Brakes in Round Lake. Their customer service was excellent. The staff are friendly and professional. I really appreciate that they were able to accommodate walk-ins, which made things so much easier when I needed service unexpectedly. I have now had 2 tires patched and 1 replaced at this location. I highly recommend this Mavis Tire location to anyone looking for reliable and convenient service!

  We always use Mavis whenever possible. Their online booking website is so easy to use .They are always so helpful, kind, and incredibly knowledgeable. Every time I’ve been there, they’ve taken the time to explain everything clearly and make sure I feel confident about the service. You really can’t go wrong using this company — they’re reliable, trustworthy, and very fairly priced. Thank you again for helping us out on Sunday . We are sooo grateful. Daryn Ramsey

  I’ve been coming to Mavis Tires & Brakes for the past 3 years or so, and they have consistently taken great care of me. Even when I walk in without an appointment — and other local tire shops have turned me away — Mavis always does their best to squeeze me in and accommodate me. Today was no different. I needed a tire repair, and they were absolutely slammed. Despite how busy they were, they still made the time to take care of me, and I truly appreciated that. Jay, the manager, is especially wonderful. He is very customer-focused, caring, and always helpful. You can tell he genuinely wants customers to feel taken care of. Highly recommend this location if you’re looking for reliable service and a team that truly looks out for you.
