No big deal I respect that. So recently my room mate who is male brought my car here. Back in early June for an oil change. They didn't turn him away. My car is a 2016 Hyundai Elantra and this specific model has an annoying large drip pan type plastic feature that runs under most of my hood. As soon as my room mate brought my car back it was running funny and shaking and making crazy freaking noises. It was totally fine before that all I needed was an oil change. So now since June my car randomly dies at stoplights and runs like garbage. All from this one oil change. So this week I was mentioning why I can't change my own oil, because of that drip pan. The person I was speaking with looked under my car and realized jiffy lube never even put my whole drip pan panel back. It's totally bare and exposed. You can see my oil filter just wang dangling with 0 protection So they either didn't put it on or they didn't secure it and it fell off. I'm pretty sure I would have noticed if it has just fallen off while driving. So one oil change completely messed up my car and I don't know what I can even do now. Do NOT take your cars here. Now I gotta scrap it or sell it there's not much I can do and I'm livid!!! Edit: sent the email and have heard NOTHING back 😞 Edit two: emailed you all three times and have heard nothing back. Your response to my review was clearly just to save face. You all did nothing to help. You got my hopes up that you would make it right but no. Silence. I don't even trust you all to fix my car. My father in law came in there for an oil change about a week ago and your technician somehow messed up his car's internal computer and he had to take it somewhere else to get fixed How hard is is to do an oil change and not ruin someone's car ? Mine is ruined and there's nothing I can do and you tell me to reach out and I do and you all stay silent. Disgusting!!!!! I hope this location gets shut down I'm reporting you to the BBB. Just went to the BBB site and saw that what you all did to me is a common problem I'm not the first or only one. Do not take your car here people! They don't know what they are doing.
