  My visit on 2/9/2026 it was Monday night 5 min before they closed at 9 pm the gentleman welcomed me to the caraway and he said that if I would of showed up 1 min past 9 pm they would of closed. He assisted me in the no membership line he took my cash payment and inserted it into machine I asked him why are you working out here is so easy to use the machine to self pay. He said” because I’m here to assist the customers that are elderly or disabled orthotics they don’t want to scratch there cardio’s trying to reach and pay at machine” I was amazed by this answer I wanted to take the time and thank the employee that went above and beyond shareing that excellent answer with me and I wanted to thank rep that was inside the car wash for guiding me on to the track and pointing ant the sign on what to do while going through car wash. Also I wanted to Thank Jet night car wash for hireing an Excellent staff, with great customer service behawior .

  I used to go to jet brite quite a few times over the last couple years and have been happy. However, I feel like the dryers got stronger or something? Blew my mirror cap off my car with ease inside the wash so there was no way I could even retrieve it. So, a $10 wash cost me $110 since I had to buy a new cap with paint that matched because my car is only 1.5 yrs old. Now I'm going to try and avoid this place...

  It was my first time here since the car wash right next to my house was closed down. We usually just drive in and park, and wait for the car wash to be over. We were already overwhelmed due to the 3 long lanes, and the dude inside the car wash did not help either. I understand he was getting frustrated , but he was overwhelming us. We didn't even get time to see the board with instructions on it. You should still be nice to customers. It could be someone's first time.

  DO NOT GO HERE. My car was hit by the car behind me IN THE CAR WASH because the track malfunctioned and my car was not drivable afterward. Jetbrite refused to even call a tow truck. They refused any and all liability of course and I had to get the police involved. They simply told me to leave the car stranded...they didn't care at all.

  Paid extra to have chassis/undercarriage as part of the wash. Chassis was not washed/ rinsed still dry as you can tell from the pics. Normally when I go through a car wash and get the chassis washed I can hear water from the bottom but today I did not. Very disappointed in this place
