And I go when it isn't crowded, so there is No valid reason to allow cars so close. See photo, This lady is so close to my truck, you can't see any of her front end. This is uncalled for. People need to be mindful & wait, and the attendants need to make people wait a few seconds before having them pull forward.

In the beginning this wash was great but now every one of there locations are not worth the price you pay. $20.00 for the 'best' wash and you're car still has dirt and grime on it in some spots. Sorry but in my opinion $20 is a lot of money for a car wash, and you're car should come out spotless. The employees at every one their locations have always been friendly so that's a plus. Over the last two months I've been trying out other washes. I won't be using jet Brite anymore. Oh and by the way express lanes they have specially in the roselle location causes nothing but problems. At their busiest times traffic backs up into lake street.
