  Found a camper online that I wanted to see. Every aspect of the shopping and buying process was amazing! Selected a used camper that had a few issues. They said the issues would be corrected. Agreed on a purchase price and they set us up for a walk through/orientation of the camper. Everything was repaired, showed us the functionality of all features and then walked us around the retail area. Finished up with financing. Everyone we encountered were friendly, professional and very organized. I would highly recommend the Roscoe location. Impressed!!

  Called ahead for parts (in stock) - wrong parts. Visited the service desk and after waiting 5min, a salesman comes out and says “yeah I’m waiting for the same person” like as if I’d be ready to wait behind him. Waited another 10min after he called for someone else to come to the parts dept and no one came. We walked out and WILL NOT be back. On our way out there were FIVE customers waiting to check out and the girl was waiting for a mgr.

  It was a very pleasant experience. We went to look at a 5th wheel, when we arrived it was parked right outside the door.

  Definitely had a great experience here! David waddy Definitely the most respectful honest salesman! I was going to kunes and canceled the deal due to not answering my calls and force me in a camper .. went to camping world amazing prices on camping accessories. Got me 10k under on a camper i was looking for.

  Our initial shopping experience was pleasant and we liked our sales person Celine and we found a unit we liked. The manager call me the next day and took some money off of under the condition that we finance instead of paying cash. I know they get back end money from the bank so I thought that was fair and agreed to make payments for at least a year. When we came back to sign papers I was surprised that Celine no longer had any interest in us nor did the manager that we made the deal with come talk to us. What really upset me was the finance guy Rudy. I told him we didn't want the environmental protection package so he insisted on including it for free but really he just added it to the price of the warranty and didn't tell us. I saw it on the very last page I was signing. Because the unit was winterized when we purchased it I called in the spring to schedule the reverse winterize which is not included and I have to pay for. I asked if someone could do a walk around to show us how everything works and I was told that is also not included. I get it's a business and they need to make money but camping world makes little effort to disguise their lack of interest in you as a long-term customer. I sold cars for 10 years and treated people much better.
