Chris and Brad are friendly, provide an amazing customer service, and most importantly -honest! The location is extremely clean and their waiting area is one of the best. As a woman with little knowledge in cars, I choose to drive over 30 minutes (even though I have a dealer that is 5 minutes away from me) to ensure I'm getting the best service, without being taken advayoff.

- HHHateemNov 14, 20255.010/10 experience here, will definitely return with my other Mercedes cars to trade. They can also get cars from Orland park if they have something you like over there! Greta helped me up front while my sales person was busy. She is very knowledgeable and personable! Ask for Al, Ivan or Kim to sell you a car. All of them are great and know their product very well! Matt and victor the sales and finance managers were also great to work with! Usually I get donuts for dealerships that I have a great experience at, however I am not sure if a box of 12 donuts is gonna compete with the whole entire cafe and snack bar they have there haha. You guys might be too boujee for my budget. But they are a great place with great people! Highly recommend!

We bought a used Volkswagen and they even informed us that there was a minor engine repair that that was found when they were getting the car ready for resale. They took the car specifically to to a Volkswagen dealership for repair so it would be fixed by with Volkswagen parts to uphold the manufacturer warranty. Highly recommend purchasing your next vehicle from them.
