  Service and experience at Mercedes Benz of Romeoville was great. They made purchasing a new vehicle as painless as possible and did their best to accommodate my budget requests. My sales Jayda Johnson-Hayes was knowledgeable and amazing. Shout out to GM, Matt Schenek for all your help. Thank you again!

  Amazing people. From beginning until the end everything was smooth and perfect. Al from sales is classy person who's knows his job very well and i can say best salesman i met. Alex from financing department is well educated person who will help you with everything you need. Highly recommend this Mercedes dealership.

  I did the oil change on my car and I have to say it was disappointing because it wasn’t even close to what I expected of a Mercedes Benz There was no update on the service. The car had a recall on the airbag which took forever. They didn’t tell me that they were doing it. They didn’t offer me a rental. They waisted half a day. Definitely not coming back and I’m really disappointed with the quality and level of service. The service guy doesn’t seem to know how to do his job. I asked him if there was any issues with the car he said no issues When I asked again he started to read the service report and found out that there were some issues. What a joke.

  Thank you Chris and the Romeoville team! I had an excellent experience at the Romeoville Mercedes-Benz Service Center. From the moment I arrived, the staff was professional, courteous, and attentive. The service advisors took the time to clearly explain the work needed and kept me informed throughout the process. The service was completed efficiently and on time, and my vehicle was returned in excellent condition. The facility was clean, well-organized, and welcoming, which made the entire experience even more pleasant. I truly appreciate the high level of customer service and expertise demonstrated by the team and would highly recommend the Romeoville Mercedes service department to anyone looking for reliable and professional care for their vehicle. Did I mention there’s also a chef, just in case you’re hungry. 😀

  As we entered the showroom Ivan greeted us. We were not looking for a vehicle but for parts, he offered us to show it where it is and take us there. We Stopped at the parts display cases and looked around, Ivan waited for us patiently and said when ever we are ready he would take us there, we told him what we were looking for and he even took pictures to make it easier for parts. The warmth and extreme professionalism Ivan showed us... I AM BEYOND WORDS... I wish every single dealer and person would offer this service. @Mercedes of Romeoville, please don't lose great people such as Ivan, and James in parts. After going to 2 previous Dealers (MB and BMW of Orland park...their service is embarrassing, staff not helpful and didn't care or take the time to help us out. Ivan took us to the parts department where James has helped us out (again with extreme warmth and amazing attitude and help. This was done near the end of his shift and he went above and beyond with helping us out! Even Ivan helped us and brought out samples from the front. Again @MB of Romeoville please don't lose these great 2 people, if that's how these 2 individuals treated us, I'm sure your whole staff treats people amazing as they did. To management of those departments as well as the owner. Thank you for the amazing service and professionalism. That's the type of service should be everywhere, and you guys have amazing people working for you, who made your location stand out to us and exceeded the expectations. Thank you.
