Both were regarding my air filter. 1st time, they did the...This is your air filter...but we don't have it in stock. When they put it back in, they put it in wrong. Car had zero acceleration and CEL came on. Took it back. 15 minutes later, they corrected the issue and we were on our way. 2 weeks ago, I stopped in because I was in desperate need of an oil change and was going out of town. They were open and I stopped. This time they said they had my filter and I said ok but told them what happened last time and to be sure its right. It took 3 guys (one who kept pulling the old filter out of the trash to compare to new filter) and 10 minutes to get it in. Well...while in Bloomington, the CEL comes back on. We have the deep freeze and I have the car looked at and the MFAS is replaced but light not going out. Have car at Belle Tire for new tires down the street and they notice light offer to check it out. Guess what it was? The flipping air filter that these so called oil guys couldnt install correctly! It was in BACKWARDS and the cover wasnt even sealed all the way. Never again! I feel they owe me a credit...but we all know that will never happen. Do NOT go here!
