They corrected it to 20,196 miles. The young man on the phone was friendly and helpful while we were on the phone. Quick Lube in Markham serviced my car that day on 9/19/25 & correctly recorded 26,629 miles. That same day, after the Quick Lube oil change, someone at this Romeoville Jiffy Lube went back into my Carfax report and falsified my record again changing the mileage by adding 100,000 miles again, dated 9/19/25. They also went in and created a fake visit for 10/1/25, and reported again an incorrect mileage adding 100,000 miles. My car hasn’t been there since 5/19/25. I remembered back to the day I went there on 5/19/25 when I pointed out that they had accidentally written the wrong mileage on the sticker they placed on my windshield, by adding 100,000 miles. A man who appeared to be the supervisor of the team angrily and sloppily scribbled the correct mileage on a generic sticker with a marker that almost instantly degenerated and became unreadable, and handed it to one of the younger men to hand to me for me to place on the windshield. Earlier before the oil change, I had asked about the levels of oil changes to see if there was a cheaper one without all the extra checking that I did not need that day, and this same man reacted angrily while one of the employees told me there wasn't. Whoever this supervisor was, behaved rudely and unprofessionally that day, and then clearly did not bother to go correct the error that had been entered into the system. Now, I see that they have gone out of their way to go back into my car's Carfax report to falsify my odometer reading, adding back the extra 100,000 miles with two separate entries, after I had my oil changed somewhere else. I can't say I have ever had such a petty and hateful experience like this at any of the Jiffy Lubes I have ever been to in the US. I had just visited the Jiffy Lube in Joliet on W Jefferson and always went to them in downtown Seattle and various other cities with all of my cars as well, and all of the employees have always been friendly and welcoming. You all need to delete the records you falsified in Carfax for my 2022 Ford escape as soon as possible. You can't treat people like dirt and think that it will not matter.
