I was rear ended so this was extremely frustrating to have to pay to get repair work done, but Javier and his team were super communicative and proved regular updates by phone and text. In addition their portal for keeping up to date status on my repair was very easy to follow. Javier walked me through his estimate at the beginning and walked me through the finished repairs. He was also always available to speak and did his best to answer my questions. Javier and the rest of the Romeoville team are great. I hope I never need to come back, but they have a life long referral from me!
