- GLGOGERONIMO LILDec 29, 20251.0This shop is a total rip off. In 2024 I brought my car in for an alignment , they did absolutely nothing but charge me for what they failed to do. So I brought it back for them to do it right, while I was there I ordered 4 new tires . After leaving I noticed all my locks were missing. So I brought it back again - & they finally told me the tech broke all 4 of my locks. So they fixed the problem after gouging my AR wheels which cost over $500 a piece. I think they messed up my wheels on purpose. Avoid this place unscrupulous ding bats working here. I in no way suggest anyone stopping here.
- CSCaleb SimpsonDec 18, 20251.0Belle Tire? More like Bad Tire! [ BUYERS BE WARNED] I had four tires installed at Belle Tire. One tire went flat immediately after installation. The shop claimed it was because I drove on the flat, but the valve stem had a puncture, which suggests an installation issue. Their response was, “You should have bought the warranty.” I expected the warranty to cover road hazards, not mistakes during installation. I assume I had too much faith in them to install a basic tire. If a shop can't install a basic tire, then I doubt they can do a lot of other things. Plenty of options out there, I would strongly recommend you use a different shop. I had to go to a different place to get this issue resolved.

They never called me to tell me they were too busy they let me sit in the waiting room could have cared less had no intention of working on my car anytime soon not being a Karen here this actually happened

Ever since I have stopped recommending people take their car here and I personally haven’t been back

I was told by the manager that answered my call I don't need one and to come in the following day for assistance. I made an appointment myself online (because I wanted to secure a spot regardless of being told "you don't need one"). I called back to confirm my appointment and see if it could be pushed 30 minutes out since the slot wasn't available (their website says to call for a different time since they only have select options). I was told by another employee that answered my call they cannot help me for my appointment I chose and they are actually booked through Friday/Saturday. According to said employee, the manager I had just spoken to not even an hour prior tells people to 'just come in' all the time or says no appointment is needed, and then turns around and tells his employees to stop taking anyone else because they are busy. This is extremely confusing, frustrating, and unprofessional. I'll continue to go to Discount Tire even though it's a further drive. Get your business system together! Terrible customer service. Losing people before they even walk in the door. Zero stars.
