    **1 star – Absolutely terrible customer service** I walked into my local AutoZone needing nothing more than a simple air filter for my car. There were three employees standing around at the front counter doing literally nothing. One of them finally acknowledged me and went to the back to grab the part. That’s when things went completely off the rails. Instead of coming back to ring me up, he ran into someone he apparently knew and started a full-on 15-minute personal conversation right there in the aisle. I stood at the counter waiting the entire time while they laughed and caught up like it was a social visit. The other two employees didn’t bother to help either—they just kept standing there. After 15 minutes of being ignored, I walked out without the part. As a former AutoZone employee who actually earned two Extra Miler awards for going above and beyond for customers, this experience was embarrassing and infuriating. If this is how the company treats paying customers now, they’ve completely lost their way. I won’t be giving AutoZone another dime of my money. There are plenty of other parts stores that actually value your time and business. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

    Just wanted to say, I came in for my car battery and had the best experience from Brandon. He's a lovely person even if he is ex Army, lol. He was friendly and kind, and I felt like I made a new friend.
